Our talented chefs come to your home and prepare every dish from scratch, transforming your home with the smells, sights, and tastes of a high end restaurant. We offer multi-course, buffet style, passed appetizers, family style, and plated service. Our menus are entirely customizable based on your personal preferences and budget. 

wedding and banquet event services

We want to be there for your once-in-a-lifetime occasions and provide a stand out menu that matches the significance of the day. Our chefs will help you design an exceptional menu, starting with a complimentary tasting at our kitchen and ending with a perfectly executed day. We also provide multi-day services for those hosting guests for rehearsal dinners and day after brunches before and after the event. Our mobile BBQ kitchen allows us to create elegant live service meals in almost any location. Our pricing includes all plate-ware, cutlery, and service staff.

Red Seal Dining is proud to offer AGLC certification (Class D license). We provide full drink services including: live bartending, servers, drink & wine pairings, liquor sourcing & purchasing, coffee/tea/non-alcoholic services, and live sales coordination. We supply all bartending tools needed for a typical event, as well as a bar consultation with Red Seal Dining’s Event Manager to ensure you have everything you need for a successful event including: support obtaining a AGLC liquor licence, alcohol quantity and drink recommendations, and glassware rental quantities and coordination. We are committed to ensuring your event goes as smoothly as possible.

gift certificates

    Red Seal Dining is pleased to offer gift certificates starting at $250.00 (2 person, 5 course menu), available in any denomination for any of the services we provide. All dinner services include a customized menu, shopping, on-site prep and service, and a spotless kitchen at the end of the night!
