​Chef Rob was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He grew up with his grandmother, who herself was a talented chef working with the Canadian Armed Forces as well as Calgary Health Services. Being taught how to cook from scratch from an early age, Rob developed a passion for local meats and produce and entered the professional culinary world at the age of 18. He attained his Red Seal Certification from SAIT and became the Head Chef of Earls on 16th Ave, while contributing to menu development for the YMCA of Calgary. A proud husband and father of two, he now brings his 20 years of professional experience right to your home, with Calgary's number one personal chef team.

​Chef Breanna’s career began at the age of 15 in a small pizza restaurant in Calgary. She discovered a love for cooking in her high school foods class where she cooked daily for the other students. After high school she attended SAIT's culinary program and discovered a love for local product and sustainability in the cooking industry. Breanna joined Red Seal Dining after graduating, and spends every day excited to learn from her coworkers and deliver great food.

​Chef Chris May was born in Calgary and raised in Airdrie. He started cooking with his grandmother when he was young. His cooking career began at Earls. He then enrolled in the apprenticeship program at SAIT to complete his Red Seal. His favourite thing to cook is anything he can grill or smoke. The bigger the piece of meat the better! Besides cooking he also loves brewing beer. The best is being able to combine the two together!

Chef Stephanie was born and raised in Calgary and discovered her passion for cooking on a second grade field trip to the SAIT bakeries. She got her first job at 13 years old in a commercial kitchen that specialized in Belgian pastries. In 2009 she received her Red Seal Certificate from SAIT and has been working in kitchens ever since. Eager to learn, Stephanie is always trying new things in the kitchen, including: butchering, curing meats, brewing beer, gardening and recycling excess fats from the kitchen to make her own soap! 

tom mcleod

​Chef Tom was born and raised in Calgary. After finishing culinary school he spent his time doing an internship at Quails Gate Winery Restaurant, Old Vines. He returned to Calgary because he felt home is where the heart is. Tom then transitioned from restaurant cooking to catering and hasn't looked back. Tom loves meeting new people and trying different cuisines. Tom enjoys chatting about food, travel and cars, and would love to see you at your next event!

EVENT MANGER

Arden has always loved the service industry and has worked in the industry in some capacity for over 16 years. She has a background in Development Studies and Education and spent a number of years teaching in elementary classrooms and working as an in-home support worker for at-risk families. Arden has worked with Red Seal Dining since the beginning, but only recently started as the Event Manager after returning from her maternity leave. When she isn't chasing around her son, Arden loves to take her dog for long walks, travel, and read.
