Our chefs will work with you to design a personalized menu, beginning with a complimentary tasting at our kitchen and culminating in a beautifully executed dining experience on your special day. For couples hosting out-of-town guests, we also offer multi-day catering services, including rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, and post-wedding brunches. Our mobile BBQ kitchen allows us to prepare and serve fresh, chef-crafted meals in virtually any location, making elegant outdoor and remote events effortless. Every catering package includes dinnerware, cutlery, and professional service staff, so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration.
BAR SERVICES
Red Seal Dining is proud to hold an AGLC Class D licence, allowing us to provide professional, full-service bar services for events of all sizes. Our beverage services include experienced bartenders and servers, custom wine and drink pairings, liquor sourcing and purchasing, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverage service, as well as bar sales coordination. We provide all standard bartending equipment required for your event, along with a personalized bar consultation with our Event Manager. We'll guide you through every detail, including assistance with obtaining an AGLC liquor licence, recommending appropriate beverage quantities, creating drink menus, and coordinating glassware rentals. Our goal is to make the beverage service as seamless as the dining experience, so you can enjoy your event with confidence.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give the gift of an unforgettable dining experience with a Red Seal Dining gift certificate. Gift certificates are available starting at $250 (our two-person, five-course private dining experience) and can be purchased in any denomination toward any of our catering or personal chef services.
