At Red Seal Dining, we pride ourselves on our versatility and skill in the kitchen. We will meet personally with you to create a customized dining experience. We use local product wherever possible, and are proud to represent Southern Alberta. All menus are fully customizable and we have no problem working with food allergies to ensure the meal suits your personal tastes! Below are some sample menus with price points to help get you started! Please note that on our Appetizer and BBQ menus, pricing is based on a minimum of 50 guests, and a $250 chef's fee will apply for groups of under 50.
